The Gemist Hub respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Information you give us.

When you book, contact us, enrol in a course, or subscribe to our list, we collect the details you provide. That typically means your name, email, phone number, and any health or dental notes relevant to your appointment.

We also collect basic analytics data automatically. This includes device type, browser, referring page, and pages you view. It does not identify you personally.

Cookies, briefly.

Essential cookies keep the site functional (e.g. remembering your cart or form state).
Analytics cookies measure aggregate traffic. We use privacy-respecting analytics and do not sell this data.
Marketing cookies are only set if you actively opt in.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without them.

Only for what you asked for.

We use your information to deliver the service you requested. That includes confirming bookings, sending aftercare guidance, processing payment, responding to enquiries, and delivering course materials.

A short list of trusted providers.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers we rely on to run the business. Each is bound by confidentiality and appropriate security standards.

Payment processors to handle your transaction securely.
Booking software to manage your appointment schedule.
Email service providers to deliver confirmations and newsletters.
Cloud hosting and analytics providers that keep the site online.
Professional advisors (accountants, legal counsel) where required by law.

We will disclose information if required by Australian law, a valid court order, or to protect the safety of our staff or clients.

You are in control.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

Ask what personal information we hold about you.
Request a correction if anything we hold is inaccurate.
Request deletion, subject to any legal or clinical record-keeping obligations we must observe.
Withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you believe we have mishandled your information.

We retain clinical and booking records for seven years in line with Australian health-record standards. After that they are securely deleted.
